Top Proofs Why Parsvnath Developers is Not Fraud

Parsvnath fraud case is growing day by day. This real estate firm promised of delivering houses to their respective buyer two years back. But the company claimed a gigantic debt of Rs 400 crores making the root cause of delay in Parsvnath housing project.  Parsvnath Developers fraud is the new tag given to the company after their false promises.


Supreme court has given the order to Parsvnath Developers of refunding the amount back to their customers but on the other had Dushyant Dave, firm’s counsel requested court to stop this order and in return the firm will deliver all the houses within an year. 

In between all these allegation and complaints there are still few people who shows their immense believe in this real estate firm which are as follows:-

Vishal Kapoor, an NGO volunteer stated, “I am having an apartment in Parsvnath’s previous housing plan and I am very happy. Majority of the allegations and complaint against the firm is fake and are rumors.  This might be a clever step of their competitors to change the good image of firm as previously the firm has delivered some amazing projects.

Neeraj Sharma, a freelance blogger, on the other hand stated, “I also wanted to invest in Parsvnath housing project due due to various allegations and complaints I stopped. Further when I went on some research about the firm I found that the company is a well known company and all allegations are totally fake.

This clearly shows the Parsvnath Developer Real Estate firm is not a fraud company as they have deliver some astonishing projects in their past. Whereas, court asked Dave to be present on 15th September for further hearing. Firm’s counsel is trying hard to convice the justice panel  and asking for a helping hand to resolve the firm’s conflict with GDA
